Minutes CAUCUS ROOM
CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Chairperson Macro called the meeting to order at 5:35 pm.
ROLL CALL
Members present: Chairperson Macro, Commissioner FitzPatrick, Commissioner Pitcock, Commissioner Jeski
Members absent: Commissioner Jennings
Alternates present: Commissioner Evans, Commissioner Foley, Commissioner Taylor
Alternates absent: none
Commissioner Evans was originally appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings and Commissioner Taylor was appointed to sit for Commissioner Jennings upon the departure of Commissioner Evans.
NEW BUSINESS:
A motion to go into Executive Session at 5:36 pm to discuss pending litigation related to the Cohn appeal was made by Commissioner Jeski, seconded by Commissioner Pitcock and carried unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT:
A motion to adjourn was made at 6:37 pm. by Commissioner Jeski, seconded by Commissioner FitzPatrick and carried unanimously.
